Her birth date was the 29th of March, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Her title is Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson was born to Mexican parents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. Stevenson is American and is of Mexican American heritage. Ever since she was young she's been extremely keen on playing sports. Gerina began golfing when she was fifteen years old. Gerina attended Goddard High School for her secondary education. When she was in high school, she won the New Mexico state golf tournament. Along with the sport of volleyball, she played on the state level. She attended Texas's University of Texas, Texas, for the 2003 academic year. In her senior year she took home the top prize in every competition that was entered. During the undergraduate seasons, she won as the conference's best player of year, as well as UTEP's Female Athletic of Year.
